PTR-44
One of the few imported examples from Germany that were sold through PTR, the U.S company known for their H&K clones. The PTR-44 was made by
Sport-System Dittrich who used original factory blueprints to reproduce the infamous Nazi rifle. Sadly however the quality was lacking and there were many issues with the early models. One of my friend’s has one and it proved to be a major headache before he finally got it repaired and up to spec. Not exactly the kind of thing you want to go through when you spend close to $4,000+ on one. (GRH)
